MindMap - ACT Youth Portal is a dedicated portal for children and young people (up to 25 years of age) to help navigate Canberra’s mental health system and to find the right service and support.
Find Supports
You can navigate the portal yourself, anytime, to find information about mental health services and helpful information.
To help you to find the right support for your needs, you can access the navigation tool which guides you to the most appropriate services and resources by asking you a set of questions about you and your current support needs.
You can also go directly to the Services or Resources sections to view all available options and narrow down the results by using the filters available.
Talk To Us
If you prefer to contact someone about finding the right service or information you can talk to us via phone, email, or webchat.
We are available Monday to Sunday between 11AM to 10PM, 7 DAYS/WEEK.
· Phone 1800 862 111
· Email support@mindmap.act.gov.au
· Webchat (available on the bottom right-hand side of your browser window)
Be Supported
We understand that some services may have long waitlists, so we are here to help support you while you wait.
We can offer to call or email you while you wait for a service and provide you with some helpful information.
We can also offer you some counselling sessions to keep you supported until you are able to access the right service, which are free for you while you wait.
If you would like to know more, please contact us via phone, email or webchat.
